It’s NEVER Been Done Before!

Limited to 100 parents. Reserve your seat today

This course will teach you how to support your son like elite-level parents do

(even if he’s only 9)

Coach Mark Knows...

Let me be blunt…

Most parents don’t lose opportunities for their son because they don’t care.

They lose opportunities because they don’t know what they don’t know.

And in youth baseball, the cost of being uninformed is brutal.

It’s wasted money.

Wasted seasons.

Wasted development years.

And worst of all…

A talented kid slowly losing confidence… because his parents were never shown the right path.

That’s why I’m on a mission.

Over the next 12 months, I’m devoting my time to helping a small group of parents become ELITE — so they can avoid the costly mistakes that quietly steal opportunities from their son.

Because the truth is…

There are windows in baseball that don’t stay open forever.

And once they close, you don’t get them back.

Why You Can Trust Coach Mark??

Few people in the country have the background, experience, and real-world results to guide parents like Coach Mark Helsel.

Mark serves as a career management coach and youth baseball development consultant, with over 20 years of experience helping families navigate the baseball journey with clarity, confidence, and a proven plan.

He is the founder of The Ambassadors Group, a faith-based consulting company built on leadership, discipline, character development, and long-term athlete growth.

Mark has worked with families across every level — from beginners who feel completely lost, to elite travel ball players chasing scholarships — helping them avoid the mistakes that cost families:

- years of development

- thousands of dollars

- recruiting opportunities

- and in many cases… their son’s love for the game

Mark also brings a real-world perspective very few coaches can offer:

He is the father of two sons who played Division I baseball, giving him firsthand insight into what it takes to develop a young athlete the right way over time — without burning them out, breaking their confidence, or destroying the joy.

Over the last 20 years, Mark has helped nearly 1,000 players and families move forward into college and professional baseball.

Mark is also a published author, national speaker, podcast host, and former MLB scout.

But what sets him apart most is this:

Mark has the rare ability to simplify a confusing, overwhelming journey… and give parents a clear step-by-step roadmap to follow.

This Opportunity Is Extremely Limited!!!

Now, for the first time…

Only 100 parents will have the opportunity to spend the next 12 months with Coach Mark inside the Ambassadors Elite Parent Training Program.

For one hour per week, live, Coach Mark will teach you exactly what you need to know to:

protect your son’s opportunities

- maximize his development

- avoid the costly mistakes most parents make

- and confidently lead your family through the baseball journey ahead

Because your son only gets so many seasons.

And the parents who wait too long usually end up saying the same thing…

I wish we would’ve known this earlier.

There Are Two Types of Sports Parents

Those who are trained to guide their son through the journey -and those who are guessing and hoping it works out.

Which one are you?

Right now, many young athletes are confident, focused, and emotionally strong—because their parents know how to guide them.

Meanwhile, you may be quietly struggling with questions like:

Right now, many young athletes are confident, focused, and emotionally strong—because their parents know how to guide them.

Meanwhile, you may be quietly struggling with questions like:

  • “Am I helping my son… or accidentally hurting his confidence?”

  • Watching him shut down after mistakes and not knowing what to say next

  • Feeling unsure how to support him after losses without adding pressure

  • Second-guessing every conversation on the ride home

  • Wondering if travel baseball is truly development—or just an expensive gamble

  • Trying to objectively assess his talent without bias or false hope

  • Worrying that he’s not working hard enough—but unsure how to motivate him the right way

  • Feeling the financial strain of youth sports and questioning how long you can sustain it

  • ying awake wondering if you’re getting this right—because you only get one shot

Here’s the truth most people won’t say out loud:

-Parents play a massive role in shaping a young athlete’s confidence, mindset, and long-term trajectory.

-And every season spent guessing instead of guiding widens the gap.

-This journey doesn’t come with a rewind button.

You don’t get to “fix it later.”

The good news? Elite parents aren’t born - they’re trained

Ambassadors Elite Training gives you a clear, proven roadmap for supporting your son at every stage of his baseball journey - without pressure, confusion, or regret.

This isn’t just another course.

This is a career-defining moment for your son… and a clarity-defining moment for you as a parent.

Can’t make it live?

Every session is recorded and available anytime in your private back office.

They don’t speak in theory.

They speak in truth.

They help you separate fact from fiction, avoid costly mistakes, and confidently guide your son through the most confusing years of youth baseball.

What Makes Ambassadors Elite Training Different!

Most youth sports programs are built for players.

Some are built for coaches.

Almost none are built for parents—especially parents of young athletes navigating confusion, pressure, and nonstop opinions.

Ambassadors Elite Training was designed from the ground up for one purpose:

💡 To train parents to guide their son the right way—before mistakes, pressure, and misinformation take a toll.

Here’s what makes it different:

This Program Is Built for Parents - Not Players

You’re not being taught how to coach from the stands.

You’re being trained to understand:

👉 Your actual role in your son’s development

👉 What to support—and what to step away from

👉 How to lead without adding pressure or confusion

This program respects the coach, empowers the parent, and protects the player.

It Focuses on the Whole Journey - Not Just the Next Season

Most advice focuses on:

▶️ The next team

▶️ The next tournament

▶️ The next skill

This program respects the coach, empowers the parent, and protects the player.

Ambassadors Elite Training teaches you how to think long-term—so every short-term decision actually supports your son’s future.

No panic decisions.
No chasing trends.
No regret later.

It Trains the Mental and Emotional Side -Not Just Skill

Most parents worry about mechanics.

Elite parents understand that confidence, resilience, and mindset are what separate athletes who thrive from those who burn out.

You’ll learn:

Those who are trained to guide their son through the journey -and those who are guessing and hoping it works out.

Which one are you?

  • What to say after games

  • How to handle failure and slumps

  • How to help your son compete with confidence

  • How to keep the game fun while still taking it seriously

It Removes Guesswork—and Replaces It with Clarity.

Instead of constantly asking:

🟡 “Are we doing enough?”

🟡 “Are we doing too much?”

🟡 “Are we on the right path?”

You’ll have a clear framework for:

👉 Making decisions

👉 Evaluating opportunities

👉 Supporting growth at every age

Confidence - for you and your son - comes from clarity.

It Respects Family, Character, and the Bigger Picture.

At the end of the day, baseball is important—but it’s not everything.

You’ll have a clear framework for:

↩️ Strengthen the parent-child relationship

↩️ Protect joy in the game

↩️ Build character, discipline, and work ethic

↩️ Ensure baseball adds to your family—never takes away from it

Step 2Become an Elite Parent

Over 900+ Players Guided and Hundreds of Scholarships Earned Through our Proven System.

Don’t take our word for it. Hear directly from the families we’ve helped👇👇👇

As a parent of a ball player, I got to know Mark Helsel over 4 years starting when my son was 13. He mentioned to me that if allowed to work together he would see to it that there would be development and growth for my son, as both a baseball player and human.  They are intrinsically intertwined, and for me, this was a critical piece of information ....baseball as it relates to and teaches lessons on life. I learned to trust his judgment and allow his process to work. He is honest, straightforward, and compassionate about communicating with both the player and the parent.  The recruiting process is fluid and complex.  He breaks it down and helps to make it very understandable and successful.

Ron Klein, father of Shuggy Klein at George Washington University.

As a parent, I see Mark Helsel as a guide through the recruiting jungle. The process is complex and often misunderstood, but he brings clarity, structure, and direction. He began mentoring my son at 12, developing not only his skills on the field but also his mindset, character, and communication. Mark understands what college coaches truly look for and has built trusted relationships with programs nationwide. When he speaks on behalf of a player, it carries real credibility. Most importantly, he creates a personalized plan for each athlete, helping them strengthen weaknesses and maximize strengths. It’s one thing to navigate recruiting it’s another to do it with someone who has successfully guided hundreds of players before you.

Andy Morris, Father.

If you are looking for someone to guide you through the recruiting process Mr. Mark Helsel should be your first call. Mark is extremely knowledgeable and has been guiding kids through this process for years. He has hundreds of contacts in the coaching ranks. With Mark’s guidance, my son became a highly recruited Division 1 recruit. Mark knows what it takes to get to that level. He knows what the coaches look for and how they evaluate. As a professional baseball scout myself, I can tell you the things you will hear from Mark are what you need to hear. No BS!! Tough love is a must for aspiring college athletes.

 — Scot Goodnight, Father of Logan Goodnight. Professional Scout

I am the parent of Kyle Datres. For 3 years, Kyle played for Mark Helsel and I had the pleasure to observe his interaction with his players, followers, and college coaches. In that time, I witnessed a true professional. Mark was organized and calm in teaching the intricacies of college baseball, which enhanced each player's opportunity to be recognized. Many talented players opened the eyes of coaches who arrived with scholarship offers.

My son was just such a player. He played for Coach Mike Fox at the University of North Carolina, and subsequently was drafted by the Colorado Rockies. Mark Helsel is a major reason for Kyle's success. Mark knows baseball!

— Lynn Datres, father of Kyle Datres

Coach Helsel has made a tremendous impact on my life, and helped mold me into the young man I have become today. I started playing for Coach Helsel when I was 10 years old. I always looked up to him as a role model in my life. His strong faith has rubbed off on me and helped me become the Christian I am. Coach Helsel has worked hard to instill these values in many young kids, and young men, while on their journey to become better baseball players and better people. Without Coach Helsel’s impact on my life I don’t know where I would be today.

— Mason Abromitis, Player, Elon University

My experience with Mark has been nothing short of life changing. When I came to him I was an overweight middle schooler with big dreams, but not much more than that. That kid had no direction with what he wanted to do. But, once that kid met Mark, he started changing his body, changing his work ethic, and his daily routine. I wouldn’t be the man I am today if my path didn’t cross with Mark, and that’s something I’ll be forever grateful for

 — Logan Mathieu, Player, Liberty University

Through my recruiting Mark brought great knowledge and experience to help ease my process. Though my process wasn't always easy or straightforward, Mark led with my best interest in mind. Mark was always straight up and told me what I needed to hear/do to get me to the next level. Mark recognized my goals and opened his home for me to come stay and train with his sons! I'm thankful for my relationship with Mark and how he bought into me to help get me to East Carolina!-

— Brady Lloyd, East Carolina University

The recruiting process can be a very exciting time for a young athlete. It can also be very stressful and lots of hard decisions must be made. Choosing the right people to guide you through this adventurous time is crucial. Coach Mark Helsel played a huge role in my recruiting process. His guidance and experience is second to none. Coach Helsel knows what it takes to perform at a very high level. Coming from a highly recruited division I athlete, without Coach Helsel I would not have been able to manage this process. Having the experience and guidance that Coach Helsel provides is a great help in deciding on where a young athlete wants to pursue their goals.

— Logan Goodnight, Player, Morehead State and Penn State

Coach Helsel was one of my favorite and most influential coaches I ever had! Not only did he teach me a lot about the game of baseball, but a lot in just everyday life! As a young kid growing up in a Christian household, it was such a blessing to be able to play for a God fearing man that has so many great values. That helped shape me to be the man I am today! He taught virtues such as always being on time, being a professional about your work, and always showing up presentable! Another good value Coach Helsel would always instill in us was to always say thank you to the guy that throws batting practice, or to the guy hitting you ground balls before a game or at practice! A little thing like that, just saying thank you to someone, is something that is lost in our world today.

 — Johnny Sansone, Player, Florida State and Cincinnati Reds

Can you explain the difference between the annual and monthly payment options?

Ambassadors Elite offers two payment options: annual and monthly. Annual payment provides full-season access upfront, often with savings compared to monthly. Monthly payments spread the cost over the season, giving flexibility, but the total may be slightly higher. Both options include the same access to live trainings, replays, and resources.

If I pay for the yearly plan, then change my mind, do I receive a prorated refund?

No. Annual payments are non-refundable and not prorated. The full-season fee secures complete access to all live trainings, replays, resources, and community benefits. This ensures program consistency and fairness for all athletes, regardless of when they join or participate.

If I choose the monthly plan, can I quit any time without my card being charged again?

Yes. With the monthly plan, you can cancel at any time. Once canceled, your card will no longer be charged for future months, and you will retain access through the current billing period, ensuring a smooth and fair transition out of the program.
